The Labuan Financial Park complex was officially launched in 1996 in order to facilitate the development of the Federal Territory of Labuan as an International Offshore Financial Center (IOFC).
Since then, it has become the central business and lifestyle hub within Labuan’s dynamic town center. Spanning 12 acres, the complex is the largest integrated commercial landmark on the island.
The complex consists of a mixture of retail outlets, shopping mall, corporate office towers, serviced apartments, restaurants and a post office.
Shopping
The Labuan Financial Park complex offers two storeys of retail space and ample parking space. Here you will find duty-free shops, department stores, supermarkets, restaurants, cinemas and more.
Anchor tenants include Pizza Hut, KFC, Body Shop, Guardian Pharmacy, MR.D.I.Y, Parkson department store, Giant hypermart, CIMB bank, Maybank, Bank Rakyat, Xtreme Computer Zone, Perdana Cineplex and Samsung.
The Inland Revenue Board (LHDN), Employee Provident Fund (KWSP), Immigration Department and Land Office (Pejabat Tanah dan Galian) are among the government departments located here.
Residential
The Labuan Financial Park complex also houses and manages upscale serviced apartments and condominiums, including:

Offices
The Labuan Financial Park complex consists of two corporate office towers, namely Block 1 and Block 4.
Block 1 is mainly occupied by local and international corporations including banks, financial institutions, insurance and trust companies. Block 4 is occupied by federal government departments and agencies.
